Floral Puff Blouse

Circa late 1970's.  This one-of-a-kind GTV creation was originally a dress, but the skirt had some issues, so we converted it into a top, added a new zipper and fresh elastic to the shoulders and sleeves and the result is a fun summery fitted crop which pairs well with most any bottom!

Note:There is some color irregularity due to fade and age

Fit: Best for xs/s. Bust up to 38", waist 25-27".
