1930’s Sapphire Silk Velvet Gown

1930’s illusion balloon sleeve silk velvet dress with bias cut. The sleeves are actually a hybrid between a cape and sleeve.  Great vintage condition but there are some spots that are only seen in certain light. See close up image. No holes and fabric is strong for its age.  Priced appropriately for condition of a very rare yet wearable item.  Please see measurments to account for fit.
